FAMILY BUSINESS

Pierre Paris' first shoe repair store in Mt Pleasant

1907

It all began when Piere Paris, grandfather of founder Stephen Paris,

opened his first shoe business.

1950

Pierre passes down his knowledge of Podiatry

to his sons, George & Roger, who continue the family business.

1959

Stephen Paris', Roger’s eldest son, fascination with the family business and people’s biomechanics started at a very young age.

1979

With the help of his family, Stephen takes over day to day management of Pierre Paris and Sons.

1986

With decades of knowledge, Stephen
opens his own store: Paris Orthotics Ltd.

on West 4th.

1987

Paul Paris and Renee Paris, Stephen's brother and sister, join the family business helping the ongoing success of Paris Orthotics.

1989 

Stephen and Paul Paris expand the business to include an orthotic manufacturing lab, providing orthotics to Health Care Professionals globally.

1994

Paris Orthotics expands and opens a location in Port Coquitlam led by Stephen and Paul's sister, Martha Paris.

1999 

Paris Orthotics joins forces with Dale Harris, of the Sports Medicine Shop, expanding locations once again to open a clinic in  Langley.

2015

Paris Orthotics acquires SportMed Retail Group to become a one-stop-shop for orthotics, rehab products and  braces & supports.

New Paris logo unveiled

2016

After 30 years Paris Orthotics moves from W4th to its flagship space on Broadway.

2018

Paris Orthotics divides into two divisions. Re-branding its clinical retail stores to Paris everyBODY. Offering all the same services under a new name.

2019

Paris everyBODY rebrands, giving all its stores a face lift and creating an online store to help people during the global pandemic.

2020

Paris everyBODY opens a new location at the renowned Footbridge Centre of Orthopaedic Care.

2021

Paris everyBODY continues to support the Greater Vancouver community offering our world class orthotics made by the Paris Orthotics Lab and the legacy of SportMed bracing and supports.

Fun Fact: Pierre Paris

and Sons was one of the original vendors at the PNE.

Fun Fact: Paris supported many athletes during the  2010 Vancouver  Olympics
